It doesn't need hood or duct because it does not produce smoke, meaning great savings. To grill 30 chickens in 55 minutes making the classic flavor of grilled Peruvian chicken, cooked, crisp, juicy, and smoked. The oven just needs 7 kilos of coal to grill for 8 hours. The King Ware oven is made of stainless steel, outside and inside. Full vision door fully tempered glass. 6 wheels for smooth movement.
